Due to travel hazards resulting from Hurricane Harvey, our flu vaccine shipment has been delayed until the 3rd week of September. If conditions improve, we may receive our first shipment earlier than anticipated. We will send out another announcement with updates as well as days and times to book appointments to receive the vaccine.
Our prayers go out for all of those affected by the hurricane. My home church, Austin Christian Fellowship, has sent out a link (www.acfellowship.org/respond) that lists recommended organizations for donations as well has specific needs from long standing ministry partners. Thank you to all of the people and communities who have already sacrificed in many ways to help so many families.
