CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT OR LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE IN A PEDIATRIC PRIMARY CARE CLINIC WHILE UTLIZING ATHENA HEALTH EMR.
Wildflower Pediatrics is an independently owned private pediatric practice that opened in June 2017 in Northwest Austin. More importantly, we are looking for an individual who desires long-lasting relationships with patients and families while carrying responsibilities associated with assisting our providers with direct patient care. We are looking for self-motivated, passionate people who are ridiculously awesome at what they do. Our motto at Wildflower Pediatrics is to “Serve and uplift our patients and families around us so that our lives in turn will be enriched.”
Our ideal candidate must be highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and display a strong professional appearance. Although we have a defined list of job duties for this position (see below), our staff also anticipates each other’s needs and is always willing to assist within their scope of practice.
If you are passionate about helping people (especially really cute kids), building relationships with a unified team, and doing work that really matters, then Wildflower Pediatrics might be the place for you. We are offering PTO, medical, vision and dental benefits, 401K, bonuses, and a competitive salary (with potential future raises) based on experience and performance.
